The Institute for Art and Architecture offers a three year Bachelor’s Program in Architecture (BArch) in English and German (B2 level required).
The entrance procedure at the IKA offers the applicants the opportunity to present their works, themselves and their interest for architecture. The portfolio (max. 50MB) should give us an overview about your experiences, visions, interests, skills and questions concerning architecture – and further. If you are selected for the interview, this gives you the opportunity to present your works to a group of teachers and students.
Portfolio reviews for our Architecture Programs are open sessions for consultation. They offer a possibility to show your work and get advice from IKA teachers concerning your portfolio or accreditation of previous studies. Portfolio reviews by appointment are starting in April.
Portfolio advice sessions: 27.03. (online) / 17.04. / 24.04. (online) / 08.05 / 22.05. / 29.05.2026 (online)
